How does the AI know my prices and hours?
During setup, you enter your business rules, prices, operating hours, and booking links. RelayU saves this information and uses it as the absolute instructions for the assistant. The AI will never invent prices or promise open hours that you haven't approved.
What is the 24-hour reply window?
Instagram guidelines limit automated replies to 24 hours after a customer last messaged you. If a customer messages you after a long period of inactivity, RelayU automatically pauses replies and flags it for your manual attention so you stay compliant with platform guidelines.
What happens if a customer asks a complex question?
RelayU automatically scans message content for questions about membership cancellations, complaints, or phrases like "can I talk to a human". The moment it detects these, the assistant silences itself and triggers a notification directly to your phone so you can type a manual reply.
Do I need a Facebook page to connect my Instagram?
Yes. Meta requires Instagram Business accounts to be connected to a Facebook page to grant API access. During sign-up, you will securely link with Facebook, select your business page, and connect your Instagram profile in a few clicks.
