How to use it
Use pessimistic numbers.
The temptation with a calculator like this is to enter the figures that produce an impressive total. Do the opposite: assume fewer of your DMs are real enquiries than you'd like, and that you close fewer of them. If the number still bothers you at the low end, it's a real number.
The one input people get wrong is 'missed or answered late'. It isn't the messages you never saw — it's the ones you replied to at eleven at night, or the next afternoon, by which point somebody who wanted a slot on Saturday had already found one somewhere else.

What this is, and isn't.
Is this a revenue prediction?+
No. Every figure in it is one you typed, and the arithmetic is printed on the receipt so you can argue with it. It's a way of making the size of a gap discussable — not a forecast, and not a promise.
Why show a range?+
Because the real world is uncertain: enquiry quality, seasonality, follow-up and close rate all vary week to week. A single number would imply a precision none of these inputs have, so the receipt prints a band around it.
Where does the 4.33 come from?+
It's the average number of weeks in a month (52 ÷ 12). The weekly figures you enter get scaled by it to reach a monthly one.
Does the calculator see my DMs?+
No. It doesn't connect to Instagram and makes no network calls at all — the numbers stay in this browser's local storage and nowhere else.
